This summer’s real estate market has been very strong with both June and July setting sales records. It has been the strongest summer in the Toronto resale market since records have been kept. With July 2007 Setting a record of almost 9000 sales, this was increase of over 25% since the same time last year in 2006.

Web Site Updates to Kalaas.com

You may have noticed the new updates to Kalaas.com to provide you with an improved Real Estate search experience. No longer will the Mississauga Oakville and Toronto links point to the general MLS.ca search. Instead it will show the current Right at Home listings in these areas along with my properties for sale. This change was made to provide a portal for searching only Right at Home listings, show that Right at Home has a presence in the GTA, and to advertise fellow Right at Home Real Estate Agents properties. Kalaas.com has also added a contact form that uses our email servers, to allow you to email us without indicating your email address and rather use your telephone number as the main contact piece of information.

Further enhancements for phase III will include pictures of the property for sale, mortgage calculator and interfacing with Google Maps to provide a map of the homes location.
